Anti-parasite drugs
Parasites in human organism
Parasitic diseases is a group of infectious diseases caused by the protozoans (amoeba, leishmania, lamblia, plasmodium, trypanosome, balantida, pneuma-bladder, toxoplasm etc.), parasitic worms (helminthes), arthropoda (insects and chiggers), pathogenic micro-organisms (bacteria, spirochaetes, rickettsies which parasitize on louses, fleas, chiggers, pathogenic funguses and viruses).
The contamination of the human being with parasites can come in different ways: with food, as a result of engulfment egg cells of the helminthes and bladders of the protozoans (dysenteric amoeba and the like), with unwashed vegetables and also in case of eating meat of accessory hosts containing larvas of the helminthes (for instance, blood flukes), through the skin (by itch mite or milbentier, lavras of hookworms etc.); through the placenta (toxoplasma) and other ways. Contamination with ascariasis and trichozephalose agents can occur even with dust. The lavras of ankylostomidose and strongyloidosis agents actively penetrate through human skin during a physical contact with pollute soil (for example, while walking barefooted, lying on the ground etc.). In case of eating beef without sufficient heat treatment contamination with the lavras of beef tapeworm (beef tapeworm infection), eating pork - armed tapeworm (pork tapeworm infection), freshwater fish – lavras of broad tapeworm (diphyllobothriasis), cat liver fluke, (opisthorchiasis), cloneorhises (clonoriosus) etc., eating crawfish and crabs – with the lavras of paragonimus (paragonimosis) can occur. In case of drinking water with copepods crawfish-cyclops infested with the lavras of Guinea worm contamination with dracunculiasis is possible. With a contact of hands with dogs’ faeces contamination with eggs or segments of echinococcus may occur. Contamination with filariasis happens in case of bloodsucking by the arthropoda carriers (mosquitos, lavras of gadfly, black gnats in whose organisms microfilarias develop. This causes diseases like wuchereriasis, Brug's filariasis, onchocerciasis etc. Adult filarial dwell in human lymphatic vessels and tissues of the inner organs and the lavras dwell in blood, depth of skin and tissues of the eyes causing development of blindness.
For their host, parasites are as a rule alien organisms causing mechanic damages of his organs and tissues and intoxication with products of metabolism. Mechanic damage comes to destruction of the tissues by the organs of affixion or parts of the mouth unit of the parasite. Big bowels parasites (ascarid and others) can block the lumen of the bowls causing in this way bowel obstruction. The liver flukes often occlude the bile ducts. Toxic effect of the parasites’ products of metabolism is diverse. For instance, the helminths’ toxic influence reveals itself with the patients by loss of appetite, decrease of the body weight, anaemia, abnormal fatigability, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea etc. With the children toxic products of the helminths’ activity cause a delay of physical and mental development. Helminthiasis causes multiple allergic manifestations.
The main reasons of contamination is considered contact with domestic and agricultural animals and birds. One of the examples is a list of typical bird parasites (dwelling in the feather tegument, inner organs and muscles): funguses, amoeba, flagellates, plasmodium, spirochaetes, trypanosoms, encapsulated ligvatulides, fluke, round worms, acanthocephalans, ribbon worms, leeches, bedbugs, flea, lice, lavras of flies, ked flies, feather and iksode chiggers.
Ordinary infections manifest themselves by definite diseases progressing in a open form. Parasitic invasions (infections) find areas in the organism where there is no immune protection: the vitreous body, crystalline lens etc. In such cases a function of the organism is damaged, immunity lowers, toxins effecting the heart, liver, brain etc. get into the organism. Latent parasitic infections impede treatment of diseases, destroy part of the organism’s resources. Presence of parasites results in considerable abnormalities in the organism which can be revealed by electropucture methods.
Helminthiasis causes multiple allergic manifestations, besides in many cases an aetiological factor of development of various diseases is a latent parasitic infection which has no obvious manifestation therefore is beyond consideration of a therapeutist or infection disease doctor. All the anthropogenic products, i.e. food, semi-finished products, water etc. bear the traces of their manufacturing (spirits, phenols, dish-washing agents) but for many of the parasites they play the role of a catalyst included into metabolic cycle and accelerating the reproduction of parasites.
A lot of diseases are closely connected with the presence of parasitic, bacterial and viral agents in the organism, both infectious and dwelling in different organs in the state of a symbiosis with tissue structures of these organs. Besides, some of the parasites populating in the organism have complicated structures containing bacteria inside of which, in their turn, there can be viruses. When a parasite perishes another infection which seems to have appeared from nowhere comes out. In order to suppress these or those agents it is not necessary to treat the patient with antibiotics, i.e. use methods of chemotherapy far from being harmless. Knowing the frequencies of metabolic activity of these or those agents one can influence them by resonant frequency fluctuations that will damage their own rhythm and in this way suppress their abnormal metabolic activity.
