«Inclusion of this gel-shaped product from laminaria into the treatment complex for patients with osteoarthritis gives us a chance of significant relief of such patients’ state. The result of this kind of treatment is a major reduction or disappearance of pain in the joints, either in state of rest or movement, reduction of indices showing the level of pain sensations according to visual-analogue scale, reduction of pain during palpation. According to skeleton scintigraphy data, with most of the patients we observe renewal of their bone and cartilage structures for the account of improvement of mineral exchange. According to radiography data, normalization of mineral exchange results in density renewal of the bone tissue.
